Hi Lindsay
​Further to our phone call yesterday I just want to confirm that my flash drive arrived safely today. 
I’ve checked it out and it’s perfect. I’m taking it to Spain tomorrow to share with my 80 year old Dad and his 76 year old sister. It is  a video interview taken of their parents in 1998 that they’ve  never seen as I forgot I had it until recently. So excited to share it with them: thanks for the memories: what a great service you have provided. I’ll be happy to recommend you.

I've just opened up the package of VHS, tapes and drive.
I am AMAZED at the quality that you have managed to extract from these very old recordings.  So much better than I was able to do with my amateur setup. I haven't listened to the full recordings yet, but I've sampled each and I am extremely happy with them.
I will be recommending you to everyone that I know who has old tapes that they want to convert.  Thanks so much for producing such professional digital files and helping us maintain these precious memories.  I'll be now backing them up to 5 different drives so they are never lost.

Good morning Janneane 
Thanks so much for the speedy service, quick turn time and return after processing of our camcorder tapes. It has provided more funny entertainment than a "Jacinda Press Conference" except we are still laughing, so a slight difference. 
We were going "when or where was that". 😂 So funny and whilst we haven't looked properly at them, it has all the hallmarks of a "Who Done It"  mystery !
